Below is some information we like to give all customers to ensure appointments go as smooth as possible!
Please keep the following in mind:
We ask customers to clear the areas to be serviced as much as possible, we can go around or under any furniture that does not need to be moved. If possible, Vacuum the Carpet to remove as much debris beforehand as possible. Have all pets locked away prior to starting service.
We will need to run hoses from our vans to your home! We need to park nearby.
We bring our own Power but we need to use your water, we will connect to a water source such as a hose spicket throughout the duration of the cleaning.
We carry lots of hose! For the most part we can reach most areas as long as we are able to park nearby the building. We do require a water hookup such as a hose spicket to hookup to as well.
Carpet cleaning usually takes several hours to complete, and can take anywhere from 8-24 hours to dry, depending on the type of cleaning and humidity. Plan around the drying time. Open windows and airflow will drastically reduce dry times.
We run mostly solo-crew techs so we are happy to slide a sofa or couch but do not move any XL furniture, we can go around or under any furniture that does not need to be moved as well.
